SSC Napoli striker Arkadiusz Milik is one of the candidates brought up for discussion at Juventus Turin. Fabrizio De Vecchi, Italian players’ agent, comments on a potential transfer.
Juventus Turin are still looking for a backup striker to relieve the two strikers Cristiano Ronaldo and Alvaro Morata and to be able to offer an alternative. One who could perform this role would be Arkadiusz Milik, who no longer plays a role at SSC Napoli. The Bianonceri are said to have shown interest in Poland last summer. “Both clubs were on the verge of signing him,” said Fabrizio De Vecchi, who has already made a number of transfers in Serie A, in an interview with the Spanish sports newspaper AS.

The agent continued: “But it didn’t work out for various reasons. It’s still difficult to understand. But in football it often happens.” When asked whether teams like Juventus could dare to attack again in January, De Vecchi said: “I wouldn’t rule that out. It wouldn’t be absurd if they showed interest again in a player like Arek.” The 26-year-old SSC Napoli attacker only has a contract until the summer and has not played a competitive game for the southern Italians this season.
