The fourth season of the hit series, which explores the ups and downs of the British royal family from the coronation of Queen Elizabeth II, will actually be available from November 15 on Netflix, and a trailer for this new eagerly awaited chapter has already been unveiled.
In this teaser, we can hear the Queen (played by Olivia Colman) say:

This new season will mark the last appearance of Olivia Colman in the skin of the famous monarch since she will be replaced by Imelda Staunton in the fifth season.
In this fourth chapter, ‘The Crown’ will evoke the era of Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher, as well as the tumultuous relationship between Prince Charles and Princess Diana.
In addition, Olivia Colman recently admitted to being terrified that the Queen is potentially disappointed with the series.
She told the Sunday Mirror: “There’s a lot more pressure when you’re playing someone who’s still alive because you’re afraid that person won’t like what you’re doing. You’re like ‘Oh my god. , what if Queen Elizabeth II watched this show and saw me? Maybe she would think my interpretation was completely wrong. She might change the channel. “
Olivia also admitted that playing Elizabeth II was far more terrifying than playing Queen Anne in the movie ‘The Favorite’.
She continued, “It’s a lot scarier playing someone that everyone knows. The good thing about Queen Anne is that no one can tell me she didn’t talk like that, but anyone can tell me how Queen Elizabeth talks, and that’s kind of annoying. It’s a lot harder to play someone that people have already made up their own mind about. I’ve never joined a series which was already underway and had already been so successful, but I was such a big fan that I didn’t even think about it. “
