Miley Cyrus and Cody Simpson, it’s over!

Miley Cyrus and Cody Simpson separate after less than a year together. The couple, which formed after Miley’s marriage to actor Liam Hemsworth ended in 2019, ended their relationship in recent weeks, the TMZ site reveals.

The reason for their split has not been revealed, sources close to the duo told the site. Cody Simpson and Miley Cyrus have been friends since 2015. That year during an appearance on the Zach Sang Show, Cody, 23, described Miley as “the coolest girl he had ever met in Los Angeles”.

Simpson – who is from Australia – said that he and the Hannah Montana star “got along really well” and that she inspired him to “not care so much” about the different pressures that come with the celebrity.
