The campaign that Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher have set up for the victims of the war in Ukraine has already raised more than $ 18 million after four days. That is more than half of the target of 30 million dollars.

“I came to America in 1991 and have always considered myself a proud American,” Kunis, who was born in Ukraine, said in a video. “I love this country and everything it has done for me and my family. But I have never been more proud to be Ukrainian than I am now.” Kutcher continues: “We are all witnessing the courage of the people in the country where she was born, but we are all seeing what the people who have chosen for their safety need now.”
Large, anonymous gifts
The 15,000 donations that have been made so far include quite a few large donations. For example, two anonymous donations of no less than 2.5 million were received. The proceeds of the action will go to Flexport, an organization that assists refugees with aid and goods in Poland, Romania, Hungary, Slovakia and Moldova, and to Airbnb, which offers free temporary housing to refugees from Ukraine.
