A young girl owes her life to the rapid thinking and medical expertise of Dr. Pham Tien Manh, who happened upon a traffic accident at the Mo Lao intersection in Ha Dong, Hanoi, on the evening of May 7. What began as a routine drive home turned into a life-saving intervention.

He also ensured she was positioned to breathe more easily and instructed bystanders to call for an ambulance.

Dr. Manh recounted the story of a cousin who suffered severe consequences from a delayed emergency response after a late-night accident. This incident prompted him to display the message, hoping to provide immediate assistance to anyone in need.

Beyond the message, Dr. Manh ensures he is always prepared by keeping a complete first aid kit in his car, complete with bandages, antiseptic alcohol, pain relievers, and splints.

I saw some accidents during the past year, but when we stopped, everyone was fine. I felt lucky that everyone is going well, he said.
