However, just as there weren’t too many surprises waiting for us with the software, because we already knew a lot of things in advance, the new Surface computers equipped with Windows 11 didn’t manage to shock anything either. You would hardly recognize them from their predecessors, but they will be faster and with better equipment.
Surface Laptop Go 3
Microsoft’s basic laptop hasn’t changed at first glance. It still has a 12.4″ touch screen, which is large enough to fit a comfortable keyboard under it. In addition, the Laptop Go 2 (review) surprised us with good color reproduction.
But the triple will be faster. It uses a Core i5 from the Alder Lake generation, combining two powerful cores and eight economical ones. Finally, the basic version with 4GB memory and 256GB SSD has also disappeared. The base now has twice the capacity. The fingerprint reader is now available in all configurations, but unfortunately the backlit keyboard is still missing. Laptop Go 3 will be sold here for 21,399 CZK (8/256 GB), or CZK 27,199 (16/256 GB).

Surface Laptop Studio 2
Even the second generation Laptop Studio (review) does not bring a new design. The top 14.4″ display with a fine resolution and a frequency of 120Hz remains, but the image will be served by new chips. Microsoft has bet on the 13th generation Core i7 with six powerful and eight economical cores. There is also a version with 64 GB of RAM, on a microSD card reader and one USB-A have been added to the body.
The basic Laptop Studio 2 with 16 GB RAM and 512 GB SSD will cost 53,989 CZK. An identical configuration with dedicated GeForce RTX 4050 graphics will also arrive in the Czech Republic, which will cost CZK 65,589.
There will also be an RTX 4060 version, which is said to offer twice the graphics performance (according to Cinebench 2024) than the MacBook Pro 14 with an M2 Max chip with a 12-core CPU and 30-core GPU.

Surface Go 4
Microsoft also presented the new Surface Go 4 basic tablet. It doubled the RAM capacity of the basic version and introduced a new Intel N200 processor with four economical (atomic) cores. So the rumors that the Go 4 will come with an ARM chip have not been confirmed. So far, only Go 4 for Business is out, which will not reach the domestic market. We do not yet know if there will be a regular consumer version of the tablet.

Surface Hub 3
Surface Hub 3 will also be heading to companies and their meetings. After more than four years, Microsoft surprisingly introduced a new computer hidden in a large interactive whiteboard. The third Hub will come again in 50 and 85 inches. But after a many-year hiatus, it will offer a 60% faster CPU and a 100% faster GPU. However, we do not yet know more detailed information.
