. Micropole, an international consulting group specializing in the transformation of companies through Data, achieved revenue of 65.6 million euros in the first half of 2022, up 8.6% (7.3% at scope). and constant exchange rates) compared to the 60.4 million euros published over the same period in 2021. In the second quarter, revenue amounted to 32.1 million euros, up 5.5 %.
In France, revenue experienced limited growth of 2.7% over the half-year. This period was indeed marked by very significant leave taking corresponding to rights accumulated during the COVID period and to be settled before May 31. The negative effect is very significant on turnover, around 2.6% over the half-year. The half-year turnover achieved in the Benelux is up by 6.6%, and was also very strongly impacted by leave taken and a strain on resources. Lastly, activity in Switzerland continued to grow over the half-year at 23.7% (16.6% adjusted for the exchange rate effect).
The strategy of increasing the added value of the group is confirmed with a further increase in its ADR over this semester (+1.7%). The other main indicators are also improving, namely the workforce (7.9%) and the employment rate (+1%).
Demand remains very strong, but the pressure on resources does not allow us to take full advantage of it. However, Micropole maintains its medium-term ambitions, in particular profitability, and remains confident about the future development of the markets in which the Group is positioned.
