Ann Arbor, MICH. – In a dramatic finish at Crisler Arena, the University of Michigan men’s gymnastics team secured its seventh NCAA men’s gymnastics title on Saturday night, marking their frist championship since 2014.the Wolverines’ victory was a testament to their resilience and skill, culminating in a nail-biting final rotation.
The Decisive Moment
heading into the final rotation, Michigan trailed Oklahoma by a narrow margin of 0.537 points (276.162-275.625). The championship hinged on the final routine, with the pressure mounting on every gymnast.
Paul Juda, as the anchor on the vault, delivered a clutch performance, scoring a 13.966. This score proved to be the difference-maker,propelling Michigan to victory over Stanford by a mere 0.163 points.

Ohio State’s Kameron Nelson secured the vault title with a score of 14.653, becoming the first Buckeye to win an individual NCAA event title since Alec Yoder’s pommel horse victory in 2019.
Paul Juda continued his stellar performance, claiming his fourth career NCAA event title with a 14.200 on the parallel bars.Juda also won the floor in 2024 along with the vault and all-around in 2022.
