Michelin Guide Gala 2023: Complete List of Restaurants with Three Stars in Spain and Portugal

On Tuesday, November 22, the El Greco Conference Center in Toledo held the Michelin Guide galawhere the restaurants in Spain and Portugal worthy of a Michelin star by 2023. This year there have been many novelties, among them, that in this edition two new establishments that accumulate three stars have entered the ranking.

After this year’s gala, there are already a total of 13 restaurants those who add up to their successes three Michelin stars on the peninsula, while there are already 41 establishments with two of these awards (34 in Spain and 7 in Portugal).

But that is not all, since between Spain, the Portuguese country and Andorra there are already 235 restaurants awarded with the highest gastronomy prize in the entire history of the Michelin Guide gala.

One of the novelties that the prestigious French hotel awards gala has left behind has been the inclusion of Atrio, by Toño Pérez (Cáceres) and Cocina Hermanos Torres, by Javier and Sergio Torres (Barcelona) on the list of those awarded three stars for the first time.
