London’s Metropolitan Police have confirmed that actor micheal Ward has been formally charged with multiple offenses. The charges include two counts of r@pe,two counts of assault by penetration,and one count of s*xual assault.These allegations stem from incidents involving a single woman,reportedly occurring in January 2023. Detective Superintendent Scott Ware of the Metropolitan Police stated that specialist officers are providing support to the complainant, acknowledging the meaningful impact such investigations can have.
Ward has denied all charges. He is scheduled to appear at Thames Magistrates’ Court on August 28, 2025.

In light of the charges, the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) has issued a statement emphasizing the importance of maintaining the integrity of the legal process. Deputy Chief Crown Prosecutor Catherine Baccas stressed that “It is vital that there should be no reporting,commentary,or sharing of data online which could in any way prejudice these proceedings.” In response to the allegations, Ward’s UK-based agency, Olivia Bell management, has reportedly dropped him. His U.S. representation at CAA has not yet changed thier status.
