The famous ‘Neverland’ ranch, which was owned by the pop star, Michael Jackson, has been withdrawn from the market after finding no buyer for almost 5 years. In 2015, it was released for $ 100 million, and at the beginning of 2019, it was reduced to 31 million, after a devastating documentary about the artist’s image.

Neverland features 1,300 hectares of land, which came to have a zoo and amusement park, in Los Olivos, California, where Jackson lived for more than 15 years. It currently has 22 buildingswhich include a Norman-style main residence, two guest houses, a lake, a 50-seat movie theater, a dance studio, barns, staff facilities, two man-made ponds, and a railway line with its own station.

The main house totals 1,110 m2 with six bedrooms, a pool, a barbecue area, basketball and tennis courts, and also has two guest houses with four and two bedrooms, respectively.
