Mia Deubner designs recruiting and personnel development for DONAU Versicherung

Since January 1, 2023, HR expert Mia Deubner has headed the newly founded “Recruiting and Personnel Development” department at DONAU.

Vienna (OTS) Mia Deubner studied international business administration at the University of Vienna and has extensive professional experience in human resources. Among other things, she worked for the News publishing group and the WU ZBP Career Center in recruiting, personnel development, as an HR consultant and in the area of ​​business development and employer relations. She has also been a lecturer at the Vienna University of Economics and Business since 2015.

The mother of two children has been part of the DONAU team since 2017, where she is responsible for training and further education, talent and management development, potential analyses, coaching and certification programs in sales. “The shortage of skilled workers is increasing due to demographic developments – in the insurance industry we are facing a large wave of retirements in the next five to ten years. Phenomena such as ‘Great Resignation’ or ‘Quiet Quitting’ make it necessary to rethink the classic work organization. The question of how DONAU remains attractive as an employer and how we as a company want to shape ‘New Work’ will be a matter for us in recruiting, personnel development and employer branding.”explained Mia Deubner the work focus of your team.
