Bigger, easier to recharge and with a very long lasting battery: Mi Band 5 continues in the wake of its predecessors
Presented with an event a few days ago, but already a worldwide bestseller: Xiaomi Mi Band 5 is the new activity tracker of the Chinese company, destined to break all kinds of records. In fact, the latest addition continues on the track already traced by Mi Band 3 and Mi Band 4, to offer a complete and useful smart bracelet for athletes at an absolutely low price.
Compared to Band 4, the display area has been increased again by about 20%: calls, messages and reminders will thus be clearly visible. For the first time the dynamic dial arrives, while one of the biggest improvements compared to the previous models comes from the charging mode: if previously there was a need to remove the watch from the strap to insert it in a special USB slot, the Mi Band 5 will simply charge with a single touch, thanks to the magnetic charge. The bracelet can be fully charged in 2 hours and can last for 14 days when fully charged.
Being first and foremost an activity tracker, Mi Band 5 has enhanced the sports aspect: for the first time it supports yoga, modelers and slimming rowers, jump ropes and other innovations, in order to better monitor and analyze each performance , heart rate, rhythm and calorie consumption. Mi Band 5 will be an excellent ally to achieve your sporting or slimming goals.

Returning to the technical characteristics, Mi Band 5 has an AMOLED display with 126 x 294 resolution and brightness greater than 450nit. The net weight of the device is only 11.9 grams, to which to add that of the strap: speaking of straps, Mi Band 5 is launched with a series of really sporty and trendy colored straps, with bright and fluorescent shades. In the package, however, there will be only the classic black one.
Finally, as far as system compatibility is concerned, Mi Band supports Android starting from 5.0, but also iOs starting from version 10.
