BERLIN – Chancellor Angela Merkel calls on Germans to use the partial lockdown “as a breakwater.” According to Merkel, the corona crisis is “a kind of natural disaster, an extraordinary event that occurs once every century.” She called on her countrymen to have “three quarters less human contacts”.
