If PSG wants to reach an agreement to extend Kylian Mbappé’s contract, his participation in the next Olympic Games could prove decisive in the negotiations.
Under contract until June 2022 with the PSG, Kylian Mbappé (21 years old) will soon have to make a decisive choice for his future: extend his lease, or opt for a big transfer to the real Madrid where he would be eagerly awaited by Zinedine Zidane. While waiting to be fixed on his fate, Mbappé would negotiate behind the scenes with Leonardo, and it seems that the sports director of PSG have a first choice argument to play on this file.
The decisive Olympics for Mbappé?
As Le Parisien revealed on Saturday, PSG might have a chance to come to an agreement with Kylian Mbappé if he allows him to compete in the Olympic Games next summer with the French delegation. The young Parisian striker would dream of participating in this competition, and a blessing from the PSG could clearly influence his future. Leonardo therefore has the cards in hand….
