15 municipalities severely affected by the virus
According to the latest figures from Covid Tracker, Thursday March 18, 2021, the incidence rate in the Alpes-Maritimes department is 418 for 100,000 inhabitants. But which are the most affected municipalities?
Among the 163 municipalities of the department, 15 have an incidence rate greater than 1,000 per 100,000 inhabitants according to data from Public Health France : Villeneuve-d’Entraunes, Beuil, Saint-Léger, La Croix-sur-Roudoule, Pierlas, Fontan, Touët-de-l’Escarène, Revest-les-Roches, Gilette, Cuébris, La Roque-en-Provence, Aiglun, Les Mujouls, Gars, Saint-Paul-de-Vence.
Conversely, only seven towns in the Alpes-Maritimes have a very low incidence rate, i.e. between 20 and 50 per 100,000 inhabitants. These are Saint-Delmas-le-Selvage, Duranus, Les Ferres, Bouyon, Bézaudun-les-Alpes, Conségudes, and Cipières.
