The epidemic of coronavirus has caused 44 new deaths in hospitals in France, bringing the total death toll to 29,065 since the start of the epidemic, according to the daily report released by the Ministry of Health.

1,163 serious cases are currently admitted to intensive care, compared to 1,210 24 hours ago (- 47).

In total, France has identified 152,444 cases of contamination, 767 more than on Thursday, indicates Public Health France. Since the start of the epidemic, 102,283 people have been hospitalized, including 18,042 in intensive care. 69,976 people returned home.
