Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – The telecommunications tower company belonging to the Djarum group, PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk (TOWR) will distribute interim dividends to its shareholders. The amount of dividends to be given is IDR 6 per share.
“It is hereby notified to the shareholders of the Company that the Company will distribute an interim dividend of Rp. 6 per share for the 2021 financial year,” the disclosure said, Tuesday (7/12/2021).
This dividend will be distributed to shareholders on December 22, 2021 for shareholders whose names are registered on December 17, 2021.
For the period of trading shares with dividend rights (cum dividen) for the regular market and negotiations will fall on December 15, 2021 and for the cash market on December 17, 2021.
The amount of dividends given is Rp. 298.79 billion, excluding treasury shares held by the company.
To note, this company recorded a net profit of Rp 2.57 trillion at the end of September 2021. This figure grew by 35.26% year on year compared to the same period last year which amounted to Rp1.906 trillion.
This figure boosted the company’s earnings per share to Rp 52 from the previous Rp 36.
The company’s revenue in that period grew to Rp 6.06 trillion. Consisting of tower rental income, which grew 8.41 percent to Rp 5.64 trillion and other service revenues, which grew 21% to Rp 425.7 billion.
