Prince Harry’s kicks at his relatives will not be without consequences. He closed the door to the royal palaces for a long time with a book in which he left no stone unturned. His wife Meghan Markle was reportedly not enthusiastic about her either.
Harry had to reckon with the fact that controversial statements will not excite King Charles III, Prince William or Princess Kate. However, the explosive content of his book Spare (Náhradník in Czech) left even Duchess Meghan in doubt.
Until now, everyone thought that it was the former American actress who pushed Harry to attack the royal family. “She was seriously worried if this was the right move,” he told the paper The Telegraph a source from around the married couple.
But she was not lukewarm to her husband’s idea just for the good of Buckingham Palace. “She was hesitant to get involved lest she be accused of wanting to steal Harry’s glory that would come with it,” added the source, saying that she ultimately decided to keep the book in the background.
However, Meghan is not enthusiastic about what broke out after her release, she writes New York Post. Although the royal family has been tight-lipped about their reactions so far, it is clear that they do not like this kind of behavior.
Harry claims in the book, among other things, that William’s relatives have always harassed him at his expense. He even claims about his older brother that he beat him to death in Kensington Palace. According to Harry, the late Queen Elizabeth II invented the alleged system of unfair practices, which should primarily include lying to the media and to which the family has no problem resorting.
