Masked police officers made a spectacular arrest in the center of Plovdiv minutes ago, “Maritsa” learned. According to eyewitnesses of the action on “Princess Maria Luisa” Blvd., the uniformed car blocked a taxi. After that, the masked law enforcement officers took a man out and handcuffed him in the middle of the boulevard.
