Martinique’s Yvan Verin (C’Chartres MHB), best youngster in the starligue

Martinique’s Yvan Verin won the trophy for the best youngster in the Starligue, during the Handnews awards (May 15). He won with 37% of the vote, six months after the signing of his first professional contract with C’Chartres MHB.

It was the youth trophy that garnered the most votes (almost 8,000). The fight was tough and ultimately Yvan Verin won with 37% of the vote, ahead of Gabin Martinez (32%) and Aymeric Anzuini (31%). He hangs the trophy for the best young starligue during the awards for writing Handnews.
