Within seven months of his decision, he managed to lose a few pounds and today he looks great! On Instagram, he boasted of his current photo, for which he garnered only surprised and praise-singing comments.
Martin Zounar is one of the most famous Czech actors and has many fans throughout the country. But now it is possible that the number of his admirers will increase even more. But now they will have to get used to his new self! Zounar went inside himself, confided in the hands of experts and successfully drops one kilo after another. Of course, the popular actor knew for a long time that his measures were not ideal, but it took some time to admit your problem and start solving it. Less than a month later, Zounar enthusiastically shared his first successes. “I do not follow a strict diet, but I do. Absolutely everything and always. I don’t have stress, I don’t need any reward days, I feel good, I started to feel better, I stopped snoring sometimes, and in addition, the pounds gradually disappear, I already have 5 of them down, ”the actor rejoiced. But that was just the beginning!

And the fact that Zounar did not rest on his laurels is evidenced by the most recent film that the actor shared. It’s really unrecognizable on it! “Greetings! Holidays in full swing and I want to brag a little. Yeah, I’m busy and I’m fine. For the seventh month. Hold on, too, it works, ”he wrote of the film, which immediately attracted the attention of tens of thousands of people.
