According to information from France 3 Région PACA and Actu 17, a young man of 19 presented the health pass ofEmmanuel Macron during a consultation, Tuesday, October 5, at the Salvator Hospital in Marseille in the 9th arrondissement.
Monday, September 20 in the evening, the QR code of Emmanuel Macron’s health pass was found on social networks, a few days after that of Jean Castex. The government mentions a “Ethical flaw” from one or more health professionals.
Using a third party health pass can be punished with a fine of 135 to 750 €, as indicated on the Public Service website. This amount can increase to € 1,500 in the event of a repeat offense and a six-month prison sentence is incurred, as well as a € 3,750 fine, if this occurs more than three times in 30 days.
The young man was arrested and taken into custody until the end of the evening. He will have to pay a 4th class fine (750 €).
