“Let our place become more Christmassy!” – That was the title of a painting competition that took place in Havixbeck over the past few weeks. Many colorful trees now adorn the construction fences in the center of the village and contribute to the fact that the main street exudes a Christmas atmosphere.
“We are overwhelmed by how many great trees have been submitted. The kids put in a lot of effort, tinkered, glued, tinkered and painted, ”says Birgit Lenter, Managing Director of Marketing Havixbeck. “Every tree has become its own little work of art. That’s why it was very difficult to choose the winning trees. ”
The winners have now been determined. The eight trees that have won can be admired on the window pane of Marketing Havixbeck’s office. The winners will be informed personally in the coming days and can pick up their prizes from Monday (December 14th) in the Havixbeck Marketing office on Bellegarde-Platz.
