The role focuses on leveraging market research and data analysis to enhance customer engagement and drive strategic initiatives.
The Marketing Engagement Strategist will be responsible for synthesizing data from primary and secondary research sources to develop a deep understanding of key business challenges and opportunities. Collaboration with the sales team is crucial to maximize customer satisfaction. A key function involves transforming complex data into compelling reports and presentations for clients, notably those at the manager level and above.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting comprehensive market research and analysis.
- Developing and delivering engaging presentations to customers.
- Shaping brand positioning and aligning it with current market trends.
- Leading market-facing insights to support sales and product teams.
- Utilizing data mining tools to tailor presentations to individual customer needs.
- Extensive travel to customer locations (30-50% of the time).
Qualifications:
