Marius Borg Høiby (25) became a neighbor of his mother, Crown Princess Mette-Marit and Crown Prince Haakon.
– Marius Borg Høiby has one of the houses on the Skaugum farm for a shorter period, writes the castle’s communications manager, Guri Varpe, in an email to VG.
The house to which Borg Høiby is now registered is part of the Skaugum farm in Asker southwest of Oslo, the private residence of the crown prince couple.
Crown Prince Haakon and Crown Princess Mette-Marit have lived in the main house on the farm since December 2003.
Skaugum gård is the Crown Prince’s sole firm for all agricultural property transactions, and Skaugum gård’s income consists primarily of rental income from twelve residential units, warehouses, and farmland and grazing land.
It is therefore one of these housing units that Borg Høiby now has.
According to the public register, the house is registered as an independent house of 164 square meters and three floors.

– We have no information about private circumstances, writes the Varpe communication manager.
Borg Høiby previously lived with his ex-girlfriend in Tønsberg, a breakup which became known in mars 2022. In early November you wrote The newspaper that the house had been sold.
In September, it became known that Borg Høiby is dating influencer Nora Haukland, known for, among other things, the reality show ‘Love Island’, which aired on TV 2.

At the time, the two had been dating since April, which Haukland told VG in September in connection with her confirmation of the romance.
