The alleged victim first came into contact with Manson in 1995. Brian Warner, as the singer is actually called, would have invited her on his tour bus. She was then raped there.
The woman kept in touch with Manson and his band after that. She would have been on tour for four weeks in 1999, where the group used drugs and Manson sexually assaulted her again. According to the complaint, the singer had control over her because she had been intimidated at a young age.
In addition to the charges against Manson, the woman also holds his music labels liable. Behind the scenes there would never have been any intervention, even though it was known what was happening.
