Mariah Carey’s popular Christmas hit “All I Want for Christmas Is You” brings the singer between 450,000 and 750,000 pounds every December. This was revealed by the Celebrity Net Worth web portal, which specializes in collecting data on the financial income of celebrities.
According to The Independent, the singer earns around £ 380,000 each year from “All I Want for Christmas” in the UK alone.
But these figures are approximate, as the PRS for Music (US Society of Performers’ Rights) does not disclose the exact amounts to protect the personal data of its customers, including Mariah Carey.
“All I Want for Christmas Is You” is one of the most popular holiday songs of all time. This year the hit will be 27 years old. During this time it has sold more than 16 million copies and has repeatedly topped the charts.
