Marechaussees wanted to check the suspect on Wednesday evening because his car was in bad condition. When they asked about his driver’s license, the man refused to hand it over and fled. The car dragged one of the marechaussees along.
After a short chase, the man, who appeared to be under the influence, was arrested. Pepper spray and the baton had to be used for this, because the suspect strongly resisted.
