Buenos Aires – A signed shirt from Argentine legend Diego Maradona has turned into a great engine for a social and solidarity event to collect food and some other donations for a restaurant in the Jose C Paz area in the capital, Buenos Aires.
The event, which began with an auction for two current and former players in exchange for masks, liquid alcohol and food, reached the ears of the Argentine legend, the current technical director of Jimnasia La Plata.
Maradona then met with the deputy of Parliament, Rodriguez Saa, to join the event with a replica of his shirt signed by him in the 1986 World Cup in Mexico.

In statements to the Spanish News Agency (EFE), the parliamentarian said: “Thanks to my friendship with him, we managed to carry out this event, which has so far collected 600 kg of food and liquid alcohol, and a thousand and 400 masks, clothes, and games. On Diego. ”
