The Times of England conducted an interview with Bruno Fernandes ahead of the Northwest Derby against Liverpool in the 2020/21 season’s Premier League round 18 on the 16th (Korean time).
Bruno didn’t want Liverpool to be tied to Manchester United’s winning record in an interview.
He said,’We want to win all competitions. And we don’t want our rivals to be on the same level as us. Or maybe you don’t want to have the same number of trophies.
Although Bruno was only in the first year of joining Manchester United, he showed a sense of rivalry with Liverpool and showed a derby atmosphere.
Liverpool currently have 19 first division championships, one difference from Manchester United’s 20 innings. If Liverpool win this season, it is in a tie with Manchester United.
If Manchester United win this season, they will win the Premier League and their twenty-first first division title in eight years.
