Manchester United has found a new shirt sponsor in TeamViewer. Due to the new deal, the Red Devils lose almost 20 million euros in revenue per season.
According to media reports, the tech company TeamViewer, founded in 2005, will pay a total of 275 million euros in order to be able to decorate the chest of the “Red Devils” over the next five years. The software provider from Göppingen is replacing the American car manufacturer Chevrolet, which had been advertising on the United jersey since 2014.

Manchester United lost 20 million euros
Chevrolet had paid almost 75 million euros a year. Due to the corona pandemic, however, the US company was no longer willing to advertise on such a scale at the Premier League club. On paper, therefore, is a minus of almost 20 million euros annually.
How ESPN reported, United is currently working on a new deal with a car company that is expected to bring in up to twelve million euros per year.
