Management: O’G3NE gives extra concert on Sunday evening after problems with live stream

The O’G3NE sisters give an extra concert at nine o’clock on Sunday evening for the fans who bought a ticket for a live stream and were not connected. That says their manager to Omroep Brabant.

At seven o’clock in the evening, fans tried to log in en masse for the ‘Home Isolation Concert’ that the band would give, but the majority did not succeed. For example, Omroep Brabant also received reports about an overloaded server and then about the purchased code that was needed to log in. That would no longer be valid.

10,000 tickets had been sold.

Different platform
“We have problems with the platform in America. We are now setting up a new platform and O’G3NE will give a new concert at nine o’clock,” says manager Benno de Leeuw.

“We do not give up. We think that everyone should be able to enjoy the show, they were there for a reason”, the singers tweet around half past eight.

New link
According to the management, all fans who have previously bought a ticket will receive an email from Ticketpoint stating where they can watch the concert. The singers have the link also shared on their own social media platforms. This also allows people without a ticket to watch.

On Facebook, people with mixed feelings react to the news of the extra concert. Fans are happy with the second concert, but also think it starts too late, so that children cannot watch. Some do not consider it fair that now people can also watch without a ticket.

The singers choose the American platform Twitch in their new attempt.
