No ambulance available
The man needed help urgently, but an ambulance was not available quickly enough. The officers therefore brought him to the hospital in a police car.
“The man was taken under resistance. He was so confused that he didn’t want to come,” says a police spokesperson. In the police car the man suffered a cardiac arrest. “We have no indication that the police did something wrong, but the National Criminal Investigation Department must investigate that objectively.”
