The authorities indicated that Ramírez Aguas had left the cemetery around 3:20 in the afternoon, “To make a physiological need”, when he was approached by two men on a motorcycle Auteco Black boxer shorts. One of the motorized people took out a firearm and, without the vehicle stopping, riddled Ramírez Aguas.

In the attack, the victim received four bullet wounds: one in the left forearm, one in the back of the head, one in the armpit and one in the right forearm. He lay on the sand outside the cemetery, dying, surrounded by those who minutes earlier had dried their tears. Those who accompanied him helped him and they transferred him to the Murillo Clinic, where he entered without vital signs.
