Man drives into cop and loses driver’s license | Inland

The man was driving on the Neude in the center of Utrecht on Saturday night when he drove across the square honking and screaming. The police soon saw that he was intoxicated, reports RTV Utrecht.

It was not so easy for the police to arrest him. The man ran into a police officer, collided with a police bicycle and then tried to continue driving. In the end, officers were able to forcefully pull him off his scooter.

At the police station he had to take a breathalyzer; he had drunk a lot more than is allowed. His driver’s license has been confiscated and because he resisted his arrest, an official report has been drawn up.
