The suspect is known to the victim. The man was supposed to do odd jobs in his garden in the past, but he took off with 50 euros. Thursday evening, however, he and a woman came to the house on Irislaan to return the money. They were let in by the victim.
According to the police, the two left a fake note of 50 euros and stole the man’s wallet. It then turned out that EUR 1,250 had been taken from the victim’s account. A search of agents on the same evening was unsuccessful.

The male suspect with a red cap has a foreign appearance, although he did speak Dutch. He has multiple tattoos on his arms and a beard. The woman also wore a cap with long black hair underneath. She was dressed in a long black dress and has a slim figure. “They moved on a cargo bike and drove toward President Rooseveltlaan after their cowardly act,” reports the police.
