Mami Sports with “miracle flower”│feet up to date

Pregnancy is probably the most beautiful event in a woman’s life and at the same time it brings about the greatest change in one’s own body and life. At some point the baby will finally be here – but the abdomen and pelvic floor are still weak after birth. Postnatal exercises bring the body’s functions back to the level they were before pregnancy. And even during pregnancy, a woman can do something for herself.

Nadja Löser, 35 years old and the proud mother of her daughter Hanna Valentina since 2019, has been a fitness trainer with a B license since 2008. This means that she has the basic trainer qualifications for high-quality advice and competent support. The trainer’s license also proves that the holder is familiar with training theory, movement theory and training control.

Since 2016, Nadja has specialized in the prenatal and postnatal area, i.e. on pregnant women and mothers with their special needs. “As early as 2016 I gave courses at the VHS Füssen in body styling, Pilates and Mami Sports after postnatal education. I used to be a clerk, but then became unable to work and have now ventured into self-employment with a topic that is close to my heart,” says the native of the Allgäu about her beginnings. “Since then I have extensively deepened my knowledge in the prenatal and postnatal area through numerous further training courses, especially in Munich. I’ve been completely self-employed since my last year of parental leave. My specialty is primarily diastasis recti. As a diastasis recti consultant, I can feel diastasis recti and help my clients to strengthen and stabilize their core.”

Basically, it is currently the case that not every doctor, midwife or therapist automatically knows about diastasis recti and all the symptoms and measures associated with it. All experts must therefore undergo further training and have experience specifically in this area.

Definition of a diastasis recti

The separation of the straight abdominal muscle (m. rectus abdominis) in the area of the linea alba is described as rectus diastasis. Put simply, this means that the abdominal muscles have separated and a gap has formed in the middle. This process is perfectly normal during pregnancy – the stomach and all the muscles, tendons and ligaments stretch to make room for the baby. In the recovery period, everything usually moves back to the starting position. But sometimes the gap doesn’t close on its own.

Variety of consultations & Mami Sports

In addition to specializing in rectus diastasis counseling, Nadja Löser offers many other counseling units and training courses for mothers. Among other things, personal training during pregnancy, in childbirth, for postnatal education and after postnatal education (also online), courses for pregnant women, postnatal postnatal education courses and individual postnatal advice, and finally after successful postnatal rehabilitation, the new advanced courses “Mami Sport with pram” and “Mami Sport – time for you”.

The courses are currently taking place in the mirror hall of the Alpenbad Pfronten – from September also in the parent-child center in Reutte – and the outdoor course with prams in Nesselwang. In addition to training, the fitness trainer also offers advice on the topics of “Ayurveda during pregnancy and childbirth” and “Nutrition during pregnancy and breastfeeding”. The consultation can take place at home or in a practice room.

All courses are self-pay courses. Available dates can be viewed at www.kikudoo.com/wunderblume-mamisport .
