Doctor and TV presenter Elena Malysheva spoke about which products have properties to resist coronavirus infection.

As the TV presenter explained on her Instagram, there are three “superfoods” that will help to avoid complications of coronavirus infection, as they saturate the human body with those elements, the lack of which in COVID-19 can just provoke a more severe course of the disease. According to Malysheva, the coronavirus is more severe in people whose bodies are deficient in vitamin D, zinc and selenium.

In this regard, Malysheva identified three products. The first – Cod liver… It is considered the best source of vitamin D. The second is raw oysters… According to the doctor, the zinc contained in them is able to block the multiplication of coronavirus in the cell.
