The BJP has lodged a complaint with the state election commission alleging that Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijaya’s announcement that the corona vaccine would be distributed free of cost in the state was a violation of the code of conduct. BJP state president K. Surendran had lodged a complaint in this regard.
The CM is not ashamed to say that Kovid is giving the vaccine for free. The Prime Minister had announced that the corona vaccine would be provided free of cost across the country. This was followed by the statement of the Chief Minister last day. Surendran said it was unethical to make such announcements during the local body elections.
