The Financial Services Authority (OJK) noted that currently there are 103 companies providing fintech peer to peer lending or fintech lending aliases pinjol authorized.
Quoted from the official website ojk.go.id, it was stated that there were additional 2 licensed fintech lending providers, namely PT Smart Digital Innovation and PT Mapan Global Reksa.
In addition, OJK also canceled the proof of registration for fintech lending, namely PT Kas Wagon Indonesia because it did not meet the provisions of Article 10 POJK Number 77/POJK.01/2016 concerning Information Technology-Based Borrowing-Lending Services.
In addition, there is the addition of an operating system on Android belonging to PT Trust Teknologi Finansial (TrustIQ).
“Thus, there have been 103 fintech lending companies, all of which have licensed status,” the announcement said, quoted on Saturday (8/1/2022).
OJK urges the public to always use the services of fintech lending providers that have been licensed by the OJK.
