The Municipal Police of Madrid has intervened this weekend in 400 private parties in homes after being notified by neighbors as a result of the noise and inconvenience they caused. A large part of these groups have been fined, as has also been the case with 97 meetings of people who made a “large bottle” in Madrid’s parks, in some of the concentrations there were up to 20 people, as one of the police officers explained.
Precisely with the opening this weekend of Madrid’s parks, the Madrid Municipal Police launched a special surveillance service to control them, along with the “large bottle” areas to prevent these alcohol consumption meetings.
Last weekend they performed in 70 small “big bottles”. This weekend the districts of Vallecas Bridge, Center and Usera They were the districts with the most fines.
The Penal Code establishes fines of between 600 and 30,000 euros for disobedience or resistance to law enforcement officers, as well as the refusal to identify yourself or the contribution of false and inaccurate data in the identification processes.
This weekend they have identified a total of 79,383 peoplethey practiced 8,822 sanction proposals throughout the Community of Madrid, they practiced 36 arrests and they intercepted 778 vehicles without authorization to drive, record figures since the start of the alarm state.
Specifically, the Saturday attended 4,456 complaintsThey arrested 19 individuals, identified 43,405 people and intercepted 222 vehicles. The Sunday attended 4,366 penalties, detained 17 people and intercepted 556 cars, according to data provided by the Government Delegation in Madrid.
In total, the sanction proposals raised by the security forces in the Community of Madrid this weekend have increased by 23.4% and the number of detainees for breaching the state of alarm has doubled, compared to Saturday and previous sunday.
