Made In Space is a company that specializes in 3D printing in space. The company builds 3D printers that were brought into space by NASA, among others. The company has now announced that it has relocated headquarters and manufacturing to Jacksonville, Florida.
The aerospace company wants to support its expansion plans. The headquarters and production will be relocated. Made in Space will also be present in Silicon Valley to support technology programs and strategic partnerships.
The Jacksonville site was opened in 2015 and has been systematically expanded since then. Also with the help of Space Florida, the state organization for aerospace research. Made In Space in Jacksonville has created more than 50 new jobs in the past 12 months. Further jobs are to be created with the further expansion.
