M&A expert for tax department (f / m / d)

Work area

You are the point of contact for tax law issues and support projects with a national and international background, mainly in the areas of corporate and transformation tax law. In this context, you will look after the entire Deutsche Börse Group.

Activities / tasks

• Analysis and support of acquisitions and sales as well as internal reorganization and conversion projects including the optimization of the effects on the balance sheet, income statement and liquidity
• Answering ongoing questions on German accounting and tax law as well as international tax law, especially taking into account double taxation agreements, including the preparation of tax reports
• Collaboration in the creation of decision templates for the board members of the companies of Deutsche Börse Group
• Active support / coordination of communication with the tax authorities and / or tax advisors, especially in the context of obtaining binding information

Qualification / knowledge

• Completed (technical) university degree
• Several years of professional experience as a consultant in the field of national and international tax law
• Qualification as a tax advisor and / or lawyer
• Strong analytical and entrepreneurial skills
• Very good written and spoken German and English
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
