Frankfurt The name sounds heavenly. “Eden Tower” is the name of the new high-rise residential building that was recently completed on Frankfurt’s Güterplatz. Plants grow vertically on the outer facade, and the view from the upper floors over the modern glass balconies reveals a view of the skyline.
But the prices for the new Frankfurt dream home on 27 floors are of a very earthly nature. The square meter price for buying a part of paradise in “Eden” starts at around 10,000 euros.
High, higher, Frankfurt am Main: Not only the buildings have been growing in the Main metropolis in recent years, but also real estate prices. Now, however, the prospects are clouding over.
