Lufthansa CFO Ulrik Svensson resigns from his mandate

Ulrik Svensson, Member of the Board of Management of Deutsche Lufthansa AG for the Finance department, informed the Chairman of the Company’s Supervisory Board on April 4, 2020 that he was forced to resign from his job due to health reasons.

Mr. Svensson has announced the resignation of his mandate and the termination of his board position with effect from Monday, April 6, 2020. The supervisory board will promptly advise and decide on a successor solution.
