Montero made these statements after it became known on Wednesday that the Buenos Aires Criminal Cassation Court annulled the verdict issued in November 2018 by the Oral Criminal Court (TOC) 1 from Mar del Plata, in which Matías Gabriel Farías (26), Juan Pablo Offidani (45) and Alejandro Alberto Maciel (62) were acquitted of the crimes of “aggravated sexual abuse for him narcotic supply followed by death in ideal contest with femicide “.
