People with a vulnerable position on the labor market, such as the disabled, are at extra risk of becoming victims of the corona crisis. Umbrella organizations such as the General Association of Temporary Employment Agencies and Cedris, the social employment association, warn against this. They call on the cabinet to take measures quickly, including in the form of extra training and guidance.
“It should be worthwhile to take on (temporary) work, without risks of financial problems due to different flows of money, or problems due to fallback. Such a flexible social safety net allows ‘simple switching’ between jobs or from unemployment to work,” says the organizations.
