Lost Soul Aside Receives Day-One Update Addressing Bugs and Gameplay Improvements
Ultizero Games’ recently released action RPG, Lost soul Aside, launched for PlayStation 5 and PC at the end of last month and has already received a substantial update aimed at refining the player experience. The patch addresses several bug fixes and implements a range of gameplay optimizations for both platforms.
The update resolves a rare issue that prevented players from accessing the upgrade menu, which will now unlock automatically after installing the patch – eliminating the need for a new save file.
Beyond the fix, a extensive list of gameplay enhancements have been implemented, including adjustments to Greatsword skills for improved responsiveness, refined auto-save logic in Chapter 4, and tweaked invincibility frames for the Kaser roll. NPC animations have been enhanced, and a new controller preset has been added. Difficulty adjustments have been made to puzzles and mini-games to improve flow, and players can now skip cutscenes and credits at any time.
Further optimizations include awarding 3 skill points upon unlocking new weapons, increased Divine gold drops in Hard, Nightmare, and Dispersed Dimension modes, and tweaked boss difficulty across multiple difficulty settings. Visual effects for skills and bosses have also been optimized for clarity and impact, and the timing of items sold by the weapon merchant has been adjusted.
PC players will also benefit from specific fixes addressing performance, framerate, and lag issues affecting certain Windows versions.
