The former “Farmer is looking for a woman“Candidate Iris Abel enjoys a few days off in Egypt and does not want to withhold from her fans how good she is there and how good she generally feels at the moment. The 51-year-old had a gastric band used last year – and through this and enough sport, the kilos have tumbled properly, and she obviously likes to share photos of herself in a bikini.

“I’ll send you a few rays of sunshine that will keep you warm,” Iris Abel writes on Instagram for a collage of four pictures. On one of them you can see her in a bright red bikini with a color-coordinated straw hat and big sunglasses. The snapshot is a bit blurry because Abel used a window pane as a mirror.

No skin tightening yet

A user is curious and asks whether TV popularity has already had a skin tightening after losing weight. Abel’s answer: “No, not yet. Thanks to sports and good connective tissue, it is still possible.” She lost over 30 kilograms. The difference becomes even clearer when looking at a photo from October 2018:

Iris Abel met her current husband Uwe in 2011 at “Bauer sucht Frau”. The two married two years after their participation in the RTL dome show. In 2018 the couple entered the “Summer house of the stars“and took the victory home with him. In the meantime, Abel keeps her followers up to date on Instagram and gives updates on her acceptance.
